The hotel's location is perfect, being close to all the important landmarks in the huge city, such as Paulista avenue and the Art Museum of Sao Paulo. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern furnishings. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast on the rooftop offers a stunning view of the city and a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and a spa, providing guests with additional facilities to enjoy during their stay.
There are limited options for gluten-free bread and cake, as well as non-dairy milk alternatives.

During my recent stay at the Tivoli, I had an very nice rooftop experience. The rooftop bar offered delicious Japanese food for dinner and the views were amazing. The staff provided excellent service, especially the spa manager were very good to make sure I had a great experience. Even though my head massage wasn't perfect, she made up for it by offering a complimentary treatment and a small gift from the spa. It was a nice touch, made me feel appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a lush green atmosphere, creating a tranquil oasis in the midst of the urban jungle. The location was excellent, situated in the financial district, and conveniently close to a wide array of restaurants. It made exploring this huge city easy, with all the important landmarks just a stone's throw away. The breakfast provided was a good experience, with a wide selection of delicious and carefully chosen fruits.

We stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! the exclusive amenities were luxurious and our needs were fulfilled. the service was impeccable and the Spa & Wellness centre was a relaxing escape. the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to choose from.
The only minor issue we had was the lack of free wifi. To access, we had to complete a convoluted form and register.

Great hotel with fantastic service. Rooms are spacious and offer great views of the city. The breakfast selection is varied and satisfying. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining options. The gym is well-equipped.
The free WiFi is limited and there are not many TV channels available. Movies on demand are expensive.
